About
Mission to Moon is a hands-on, space-themed STEM curriculum designed for educators who want to engage students in real-world engineering challenges. In this self-paced training course, you’ll learn how to lead your students through a simulated journey to the Moon—developing teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving skills along the way. You’ll explore 8 mission-based activities where students design lunar rovers, build shelters, and solve challenges related to life in space. The final capstone challenge prepares students to participate in the Space Colony Competition, where they’ll design and present a fully imagined Moon base. This course gives you everything you need to run Mission to Moon in your classroom or afterschool program, including lesson plans, instructional videos, student handouts, and support from a growing community of fellow educators. By the end of the course, you’ll be certified to lead your own Space Club mission to the Moon—and ready to inspire the next generation of lunar explorers.
